Kp1 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document outlines the rules and conditions governing use of the kp1 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services we provide.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using the kp1 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

To use kp1 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Is at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
Is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
Is not on any list of individuals prohibited from using online betting services by any relevant authority.
Registering one personal account only — multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

Kp1 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any stage. Accounts that are unable to verify their eligibility will be suspended until verification is completed.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

When registering an account on kp1, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account without any refund of unused balances associated with fraudulent activity.

Each user is permitted to register one account only. If you are found to be operating more than one account, all associated accounts may be closed and any remaining funds may be forfeited at the discretion of kp1 management.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. kp1 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the kp1 platform for any of the following purposes:

Any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt platform systems.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to exploit the betting system.
Fraud, false identity verification, or misuse of platform promotions.
Any form of money laundering conducted through the platform.

3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All transactions on the kp1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet you use belongs to you and is registered under the same name as your kp1 account.

Deposit

The minimum deposit into your kp1 account is as stated on the payment methods page, starting from RM10 depending on the method selected. All deposits must be made through the payment methods listed on the platform. kp1 does not accept cash payments or transfers via unrecognised third parties.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified, depending on the chosen method. kp1 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until identity verification and source of funds checks are completed. Funds from bonus deposits or free credits may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

Taxes & Fees

Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions made through the kp1 platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax laws.

4. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Platform Liability Limits

Kp1 provides the platform on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate uninterrupted or be free from technical errors. kp1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform.

In all circumstances, kp1's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arose.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kp1 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the property of kp1 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from kp1.

Third-Party Links and Services

The kp1 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. kp1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

5. Account Policy, Closure & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

Kp1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if you breach any of the terms set out in this document, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to exploit platform systems. Where a suspension results from a violation, the account balance may be withheld pending an internal investigation.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.

Changes to These Terms

Kp1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the kp1 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails to reach a resolution, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
